GF Machining Solutions ja UNITED GRINDING ovat saattaneet päätökseen lokakuussa 2024 ilmoitetun strategisen yritysjärjestelyn.
Uusi konserni toimii nimellä UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS. Konsernin yhteenlasketut myynnit ylittävät 1,5 miljardia Yhdysvaltain dollaria, tehden siitä yhden maailman suurimmista työstökonevalmistajista.
Konserniin kuuluu yhteensä 15 brändiä, jotka jakautuvat kahteen divisioonaan:

GF Machining Solutions and UNITED GRINDING have completed the strategic business combination announced in October 2024.
The new group will operate under the name UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS. The group’s combined sales exceed US$1.5 billion, making it one of the world’s largest machine tool manufacturers.
The group comprises a total of 15 brands, divided into two divisions:
⏺️ UNITED MACHINING (formerly GF Machining Solutions):
AGIE CHARMILLES, CHARMILLES, MIKRON MILL, LIECHTI, STEP TEC, and SYSTEM 3R
⏺️ UNITED GRINDING:
MÄGERLE, BLOHM, JUNG, STUDER, SCHAUDT, MIKROSA, WALTER, EWAG, and IRPD
The acquisition will combine expertise and technologies into an even stronger entity. The change will not require any action on the part of customers or partners. Contact persons, operating methods, and service practices will remain unchanged.
