Rotary transfer machine with up to 24 stations

IMASTRANSFER rotary transfer machines are specifically developed for high-volume production. Up to three units used simultaneously in orthogonal arrangement ensure ideal use of the CNC axes. A choice of 2 to 24 stations with one, two or more parts per station also enables very large quantities to be realized in the shortest time

IMASFLEX

Rotary transfer machines with up to 10 stations and 18 cnc units

IMASFLEX rotary transfer machines offer significantly more production flexibility than conventional transfer machines for single workpieces, homogeneous part families or even groups of completely different parts. Simply retool IMASFLEX rotary transfer machines and machine totally different workpieces than originally intended using the same rotary transfer machine. Because IMASFLEX is the machining solution that is never obsolete!

IMASFLEX rotary transfer machines with a 3-axis machining module, A- or B-axis for satellites and CNC position-controlled spindle offer maximum flexibility and reconfigurability with shortest setup times. The latest control technology and flexible equipping concepts mean that even small batch sizes can be machined with minimum set-up times.
